SPR™ Trenchless Lining Process

SPR™ Lining Process

SPR™ utilizes steel reinforced interlocking PVC Profile strips, which are formed into a liner using a winding machine. The annulus between liner and host pipe will be grouted with a high performance grout, resulting in a high‐quality concrete pipe with an inner and highly resistant lining.

Various profile types are available to meet a wide range of rehabilitation requirements. They can also be used to rehabilitate bends up to 5D.
