SPR™PE Machine Wound Spiral Lining
900 mm – 3000 mm Pipe Lining
Steel-Reinforced
100% Trenchless
Reinforced HDPE Liner
The SPR™PE pipe rehabilitation process is a solution for restoring the hydraulic efficiency, reliability and integrity of aging sewers, storm drains and culverts. SPR™PE is a fully structural, light-weight liner. The fully encapsulated steel reinforcement is designed to provide a liner of optimum stiffness for the application. SPR™PE liners can structurally rehabilitate brick, concrete, glass reinforced plastic or corrugated metal sanitary sewer and stormwater pipelines with diameters from 900 mm to 3000 mm. SPR™PE is WRc Approved™ (PT/304/0710).
SPR™PE MWSL Process
SPR™PE Lining Process
The plastic profile that forms the liner is provided in a range of sizes. The profile is reinforced with steel that is completely encapsulated within the HDPE material.
For installations, the reinforced HDPE is fed from an above ground spool into a winding machine at the host pipe entrance. The machine winds to construct and push the liner the length of the pipeline. The annular space is grouted.
